We handle customer service alongside our other activities, which may occasionally cause delays in response times. We usually respond to inquiries immediately, and at most, our response time is typically between four to eight (4-8) hours.

If we’re unable to respond at the time of your inquiry and you’d like us to call you back, please leave a callback request on the answering machine. Journalists are constantly subjected to cybersecurity attacks, as well as physical and technical surveillance worldwide. Our customer service phone number is public and operates on public phone networks both in Finland and abroad, so the possibility of external surveillance or data breaches cannot be completely ruled out or prevented.

 

RECOMMENDATIONS

 

We recommend using only contact details, identifying information, and content that can withstand public exposure in case of a data breach.

If revealing your identity to outsiders could cause harm, we recommend using fully anonymous online connections, devices, and contact details when reaching out to us.

For data security reasons, we recommend handling sensitive matters only in personal meetings. If your matter is sensitive, please leave us a simple request for a meeting.
