MediaTurva is an expert service specializing in media security, aiming to support the high-quality and safe implementation of grassroots media work. Our operations are designed to take into account the limited financial resources of media work and the independent nature of journalistic work.
Initially launched purely as volunteer work, our activities originated from the practical safety needs of journalists and have since evolved into a comprehensive media security service. Today, we offer modern media security consultancy services as a professional and efficient concept, both domestically and internationally, including in crisis and conflict zones.
Our operations are divided into commercial services and non-profit services. The purpose of our commercial services is to enable the provision of our non-profit services, and instead of aiming for profit, our business model is focused on ensuring the sustainability of our operations. In line with our values, we support media and journalism work by offering approximately 30 % of our services free of charge each year.
